Terms of Service

A single, private, one-to-one online session covering trading systems design — execution logic, position sizing, and risk frameworks. It is delivered over video call at a time you select when booking. The fee is ₹9,000, payable in advance.

You are buying time and analysis. You are not buying trade recommendations, signals, portfolio management, or ongoing advice.

Gaurav Khona is not a SEBI-registered Research Analyst or Investment Adviser. Nothing on this site or said during a session constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer or solicitation to deal in securities.

Everything discussed is educational and general in nature. It does not account for your financial situation, obligations or risk tolerance. Any decision you take afterwards is yours alone, and you are responsible for its consequences.

Trading in equities and derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose more than your initial capital in leveraged positions. Past performance — mine, yours, or anyone else's — does not indicate future results.

No outcome is promised or implied. No framework discussed guarantees profit or protects against loss.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract in India.

Booking is gated on a short intake form. The session assumes a portfolio where position sizing and drawdown control materially change your outcomes, so applications below the stated capital threshold are declined before payment. That judgement is mine and is final.

• Payments are processed by Razorpay. I do not receive or store your card details.
• A slot is held as pending when you choose it and is only confirmed once payment clears. Unpaid holds lapse.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• Attend at the time you booked, or give notice under the refund policy.
• Do not record, transcribe or redistribute the session without written permission.
• Do not resell, republish or present the material as your own.
• Treat anything I share about my own methods as confidential.

I may end a session without refund if it is used abusively, or to solicit regulated advice I am not licensed to give.

All material on this site and within a session — frameworks, documents, wording and design — remains my property. Booking grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own trading. It grants no licence to teach, publish or commercialise it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I am not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the session or your use of this site.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you actually paid — ₹9,000.

This site is provided as-is. I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and parts of it depend on third parties — payment, scheduling and hosting providers — whose outages are outside my control.

These terms may change. The version published here at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
