Two forms on this site collect personal data, and nothing else does.

Booking intake

• Name, email address and phone number
• The capital band you select, the instruments you trade, and the execution problem you describe

Newsletter signup

• Email address only

There are no accounts and no login on this site, so no passwords are ever collected. Payment card details are entered directly into Razorpay's checkout and never reach my systems.

• To decide whether the session is a fit before taking your money
• To arrange and confirm your booking
• To contact you about your booking
• To send the daily aftermarket report, if you asked for it

Your intake answers are also read before the session so it can start from your actual situation rather than generalities.

Running this site involves a small number of third parties. Each receives only what it needs.

• Razorpay — payment processing. Receives your name, email and phone to process the transaction.
• Cal.com — scheduling. Receives your name and email to create the booking.
• Google — the calendar invite and video call for your session.
• Vercel — hosting, and the private storage where submissions are kept. Also provides aggregate, non-identifying traffic analytics.
• Google Sheets — an optional copy of submissions, where enabled.

Your data is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not used to build profiles or passed to data brokers.

Booking records are kept while there is a business reason to hold them — delivering the session, answering follow-up questions, and meeting tax and accounting obligations. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Submissions are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and the site is served over HTTPS throughout. No system is perfectly secure, but nothing sensitive beyond ordinary contact details is stored — in particular, no card data and no passwords.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask me to:

• Tell you what personal data of yours I hold
• Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
• Erase it, where I have no continuing legal reason to keep it
• Withdraw consent for the newsletter at any time

Subscribing is optional and never a condition of booking. Every issue carries an unsubscribe link, and you can also ask me directly. Unsubscribing removes your address; it does not affect any booking you have made.

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your dismissal of the newsletter prompt is remembered in your own browser's local storage, which never leaves your device. Razorpay and Cal.com set their own cookies when you reach their checkout and booking widgets, governed by their privacy policies.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and personal data is not knowingly collected from children.
